On October 30, at the second session of the Supreme Council of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, a reference was made on the resolution on the Armenian Genocide by the US House of Representatives. Welcoming the adoption of the resolution, the Supreme Council, chaired by the Catholicos of All Armenians, hailed it as an important step in restoring historical justice to the Armenian people and honoring the memory of the Genocide victims.
