The RA Prime Minister sent a message. "Artsakh must become a symbol of world justice". The Artsakh parliament called on the authorities of Armenia, Russia and Iran to form a joint anti-terrorist coalition. The President of Artsakh visited a number of hospitals of the republic. On October 11, during the liturgy in the Armenian churches, a private prayer for peace was offered for Artsakh. In the St. Gayane Monastery, the Patriarch of All Armenians addressed a word of honour to today's heroes and their parents.
