The Armenian General Benevolent Union has united young Armenian and foreign figures within the framework of the "Youth of Europe for the Recognition of Artsakh's Independence" initiative. The delegation was received by the Catholicos of All Armenians in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
