His Eminence Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan has hold in his hands the replica of the Armenian King Ashot Yerkat's Cross through which the Armenian soldiers were blessed during the war of Artsakh. His Eminence Archbishop Navasard Kjoyan, Vicar General of the Araratyan Pontifical Diocese; holds the relic of the Holy Right Hand of St. Sarkis. His Grace Bishop Vertanes Abrahamyan holds the Gospel copied in the 17th century in St. Sargis Church. These sanctities were brought from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and Institute of Ancient Manuscripts after St. Mesrop Mashtots (Matenadaran) to St. Sargis Church in Yerevan on the occasion of the feast-day. Following the Divine Liturgy an award ceremony was held.
