Among the evidence on the Armenian Genocide, great importance is attached to the memoirs, terstimonies, texts transferred via songs and interviews of hundreds of those survived the Genocide. Hayk Hambardzumyan spoke about the recording, publishing and studying of these valuable materials featuring the genocide survived with ethnographer and folklorist Verzhine Svazlian.
