Blessing of the Pan-Armenian Games’ torch in Holy EtchmiadzinOn July 27, Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians blessed the Pan-Armenian Games’ torch in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. This year, for the first time ever, the torch of Pan-Armenian Games was burnt in three places – in Grigor Lusavorich Church of Antelias Mother Cathedral, Shushi’s Ghazanchechots Church and Holy Cross Church in Aghtamar. In the Open Air Altar of the Mother See, all three torches submerged into one.
