The RA Prime Minister sent a message. "Artsakh must become a symbol of world justice". The Artsakh parliament called on the authorities of Armenia, Russia and Iran to form a joint anti-terrorist coalition. The President of Artsakh visited a number of hospitals of the republic. On October 11, during the liturgy in the Armenian churches, a private prayer for peace was offered for Artsakh. In the St. Gayane Monastery, the Patriarch of All Armenians addressed a word of honour to today's heroes and their parents.

The Pontiff of All Armenians visited the people of Artsakh in the building of the Priest Accelerated Course. Hadrut families granted shelter in Tsakhkadzor camp operating under the auspices of Kotayk Diocese.
