Cultural Poster 17.02.2020The presentation of the book "Not a single day without Matevosyan" united the Matevosyan lovers at "Zangak" bookstore. The British Film Festival has launched in Armenia for the 16th time. A new exhibition has opened in the temporary exhibition hall of "Erebuni" Historical-Archaeological Reserve-Museum. Forty books from the collection of Lebanese-Armenian Artashes Ter-Khachaturyan, a well-known bibliologist, linguist and folklore collector, were donated to the National Library of Armenia. A temporary exhibition dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Armenian writer, pedagogue, publicist Ghazaros Aghayan has opened at the Museum of Literature and Art. "Tavush through the eyes of the world" international painting symposium has opened. Spring was welcomed in Abovents Park with song and dance, blessings, traditional prayers and folk games in Khachatur Abovyan House-Museum.

On February 19, the day of book donation, the 16th Yerevanyan Children's Book Fair opened. Gohar Hakobyan's solo exhibition opened at the Folk Art Center. Ken Keys' famous work "One flew over the cooցko's nest " has been translated into Armenian.

The premiere of Czech playwright Oswald Zagradnik's play "The Strikes of the Clock" took place. The third exhibition of the "Lratun" Museum of the Center for Media Initiatives has opened. It is already a tradition at the Artists' Union to announce the arrival of spring with a collective exhibition. An exhibition dedicated to the ancient Armenian manuscript and its restoration has opened at the Mashtots Matenadaran.

An exhibition of ancient literature of European countries was opened at the National Library of Armenia within the framework of the "European Heritage Days" program.
The personal exhibition of French painter Ashot Ashot- Ashot Ghazaryan with the general title "In Affect" has opened at the National Gallery of Armenia.
A cooperation agreement has been signed between the National Archives of Armenia and the French Choah Memorial.
An evening of tribute evening was organized in the Small Stage of the Mother Theater on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Armenia, Professor Mayis Rafaelyan.
