	Chalk painting contest in the yard of St. Sarkis Church in Nork On Palm Sunday, the members of Nork District Youth Center organized a contest of chalk painting in the yard of St. Sarkis Church. The results will be finalized on April 14.
	On April 13 we’ll celebrate Palm Sunday (Tsakhkazard) This Sundsy, on April 13, our Church celebrates Palm Sunday (Tsakhkazard) to symbolize the victorious entrance of Christ to Jerusalem. Under the guidance of the Catholicos of All Armenians, a blessing service of children will be offered at all Apostolic Churches.
	Feast of Annunciation of Virgin Mary in Shahumyan village On the festive Divine Liturgy, the parish community of St. Katoghike Church in Jrvezh went to Shahumyan village for a pilgrimage lead by Father Kyuregh and Dajad. The blessing of the new khachvar (the banner) and a march of the holy cross took place in the Holy Mother of God Church of the village.
	“Hosanna” Choir performing at Chamber Music House On the occasion of the Feast of Annunciation of Virgin Mary, “Hosanna” newly-established Choir, containing 10 members of Youth Union in St. Hovhannes Church, put on a special concert on the stage of Chamber Music House.
	Spiritual Film Festival “Fresco” in Armenia On June 20, the International Modern Art and Spiritual Film Festival will be held in Armenia. 	Scholarships to Matenadaran researchers Armenian General Benevolent Union has assigned scholarships to post-graduate students of Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts. Post-graduate courses were made available since 2012.
	“Medieval churches of Yerevan”: in attempt of revealing the unknown Yerevan Third discussion of the series “Araratian discussions” was on the medieval churches of the capital destroyed during the Soviet times and turned into buildings to be used for different purposes. The project is implemented by the Araratian Patriarchal Diocese and Tsirani NGO.
	Artavazd 2014 Award Ceremony finalized On March 27, World Theatre Day, Artavazd Theatrical Award Ceremony was held in Armenia. 11 nominations out of 14 were awarded to the young people from the mentioned area.

	Opening of Shakespeare Festival On March 19, International Shakespeare Annual Festival after V. Papazian kicked off at the Yerevan Youth Theatre. The directors of European Shakespeare network arrived in Yerevan.
	Concert of Patricia Kaas in Yerevan Within the scope of “Francophone Days in Armenia – 2014”, renowned French singer Patricia Kaas for the first time ever had a concert in Armenia. After the concert the singer had a meeting with journalists and expressed her hopes to visit Armenia again whenever possible.
	Individual exhibition of Shahen Aslanyan On March 7, the individual exhibition of Shahen Aslanyan titled “State of Soul” opened its doors at the Artists’ Union.
