Yura doesn’t imagine his day without St. Gevorg Church. “Every morning I first run to the Church, then to school… I dream of becoming a priest; I know that I need to study well”. 

Agnesa


Every Sunday, little Agnesa is singing in the choir of St. Hovhannes Church of Arinj. 
Our little heroe is telling how she coped with the issues of sharakans (spiritual songs), how she attends Liturgies and what she does in general. 
 

Acolytes of Talin


Edmon, Rafayel and Martun became friend in the church; every Sunday they attend Divine Liturgy in St. Gevork Church or Talin, or St. Hovhannes Church of Mastara. In the beginning I was alone, and it was harder, - says 6-years old Edmon, but when Rafayel and Martun came to the church, it became more interesting and fun.

Palm Sunday (Tsaghkazard)


16 little acolytes serving in different churches of Armenia spent the Feast of Tsaghkazard in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to attend the Divine Liturgy in the Mother See, meet the Supreme Patriarch and exchange presents. How did they get ready for that day and what did they experience, the little acolytes tell themselves. 

Eric from St. Sarkis Church


“I went to the Church with my parents since childhood, but only in 13 I dared asking the priest to allow me wearing the alb”. Eric is learning sign language to help his parents understand the Divine Liturgy. Eric’s interests extend from wearing shabig in St. Sarkis Church, attending Tumo to spending time with his friends. He has decided to enter the Seminary and become a priest like his favorite Father Yesayi. 

Hayk from Surb Zoravor Church


Every Sunday, Hayk puts on “shabig” (alb) with his father in Surb Zoravor Church and takes part in the Divine Liturgy. He says it’s really great to be at Church with family. He has decided to become either a football player, or musician.

Vrezh


I can’t wait before Sunday to go to the Liturgy with my family,-says little Vrezh. 
Every Sunday he puts on his garment and goes up to the altar. He has many friends in the Church and is fond of the summer camps in the Church back yard. He wants to become a clergyman, but says that there is still a long way to go before then.
 

Three Brothers


“Narek’s dream is to become a military, Levon – chief-cook, and my dream is to become a real doctor”, - says 8 years old Vardan. “We like inventing games with brothers, to paint, but most of all we wait for Sunday to participate in Divine Liturgy and go up the altar in the Holy Trinity Church. It’s good when all three of us together sing and pray”.

Davit from St. Katoghike Church of Jrvezh


We met little Davit in St. Katoghike Church of Jrvezh. He told us about his first time wearing a garment of acolyte, getting to the altar and his dreams. 
 

Arthur from Church of Azatan


“Something that occurred during a pilgrimage made me ask my mom to allow me serving in the Church”. Ten years old Arthur now serves in St. Stepanos Church in Azatan and participates in the Divine Liturgy. He shares his thoughts and dreams: the most important of them is his dream to become an actor like Frunzik.
