On April 6, under the presidency of the Catholicos of All Armenians, a requiem service was held in front of the Martyred Clergymen Memorial Wall of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, in memory of the clergymen who were victims of violence during the communist era.

In the St. Gregory of Narek Cathedral in Vanadzor, the Divine Liturgy dedicated to the Feast of the Great Barekendan was presided over by His Grace Bishop Hovnan Hakobyan, Primate of the Diocese. This national holiday is a commemoration of prosperity that Adam and Eve enjoyed in Paradise.

The "Vardanank" Tapestry of Grigor Khanjyan

In 1981, the "Vardanank" painting by Grigor Khanjyan, a well-known painter and Member of the Architectural Committee, as well as a Member of the Supreme Spiritual Council of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, was exhibited for the first time in the Painter's House. Ordination of Priests on the Feast of St. Vardan the Warrior and His Companions

St. Sarkis Chapel in Oshakan

The exact date of construction of the St. Sarkis cave-chapel in Oshakan has not been preserved. It is only known that it was last renovated in 1960-70, and always appeals to young people.
