	Opening of the Doors Service (Drnbatsek) at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin In the evening of Palm Sunday, during the Divine Liturgy, Opening of the Doors Service is offered. It is performed in the form of dialogue between the priests kneeling in front of the closed altar and those beyond the curtain. The curtained altar symbolizes the kingdom of Heaven.
	Meeting of future pedagogues with the Supreme Patriarch How can we use the archival materials of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, are there any student exchange program in place, why isn’t the subject Armenian Church History introduced across all faculties of higher educational institutions? All these and other similar questions were asked during the meeting of graduates of History Faculty of the Pedagogical University held at “Vache and Tamar Manoukian” Library and Manuscript Repository of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

	Funeral of Very Rev. Fr. Shnork Kasparian Father Shnork has lead pastoral positions in a number of regions of the Eastern Diocese of the USA. In 1963, he was appointed as the Vicar General in Brazil and Uruguay. After called to rest, he kept serving as a visiting pastor in the parishes of Northern America and Canada. On March 27, under the presidency of Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, the Burial Service of Very Rev. Fr. Shnork Kasparian took place.

	Presentation and ordination of priests at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin The evening of February 26 was a ceremony of presentation of priests at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. As per the rules of our Church, the presentation ceremony takes place the previous day of priests’ ordination. On February 27, on the Feast of St. Vartan and his Companions, 10 deacons were ordained into priests in the Mother See.
