The Feast of Sts. Thaddeus and BartholomewNovember 30 is the feast of the founders of the Armenian Church, Sts. Thaddeus and Bartholomew. Every year, a celebratory Divine Liturgy is offered in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to remember the holy disciples. The relics of St. Thaddeus and St. Bartholomew are solemnly brought to the Mother Cathedral. A pre-feast service is offered. |

The name of Sos Sargsyan - a prominent actor, famous cultural and public worker, National Artist of Armenia and laureate of state prizes, honored citizen of Yerevan, is closely linked with the distinguished achievements of national theatre and film arts. Last farewell to the Master was on September 29, at the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet after A. Spendiarian and the funeral was in Komitas Pantheon. |
