Loving the danceOur heroes are Anna Konstanyan, solo dancer of Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after A. Spendiaryan, and Sargis Andreasyan, leader of Mad Force Crew Breakdance group. One thing that unites these two young people performing in entirely different styles is the love towards dance. Both of their paths are quite interesting. Anna has been a solo dancer in Israel National Ballet Theatre, created countless roles. While Sargis was one of first ones in Armenia to take up breakdance. Premiere of “Karine” Operetta in Paronyan TheatreOn January 25 and 26, the State Theatre of Musical Comedy after HakobParonyan hosted a premiere. After many years of interval, the Armenian stage again received the operetta “Karine” of Tigran Chukhajyan. The operetta of Chukhajyan was first staged in Yerevan in 1940-ies. This performance of Yervand Ghazanchyan is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the operetta’s first staging in Yerevan.
