Like the resurrected, transfigured Christ, the Holy Mother of God also appears to the gathered apostles, urging them to celebrate, not to mourn her death.  Today, numerous pilgrims were attending the Divine Liturgy in the St. Nork-Marash Holy Mother of God Church.
