The Council condemns Stepan Asatryan's soul-destroying initiative to organize an event under the name of the Holy Liturgy in Hovhannavank with the support of the Prime Minister. The Supreme Spiritual Council has stated that this is another attempt by the leader of the ruling political force to split the Church, illegal and anti-church in all its manifestations.
