The Bishops' statement distorts the work of the commission: SSC
The Supreme Spiritual Council has recorded that the wording of the bishops' statement completely distorts the work of the commission established on the issue of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan. The commission did not convene any session and did not provide Archbishop Arshak with the opportunity to meet with it, and the conclusion submitted to the Catholicos of All Armenians was not drawn up in accordance with the due procedure. In addition, no official application was made by the commission to the Investigative Committee for an expert examination of the video attributed to the Archbishop, and the conclusion obtained by an individual member of the commission was obtained in clear violation of the law, is not exhaustive and complete and cannot be considered credible.
