An inter-church ceremony dedicated to the memory of the Armenian Genocide and the New Christian martyrs was held in Rome at the St. Bartholomew Church with the efforts of the Representation of the Catholicosate of All Armenians and the Sant'Egidio Community.
A commemoration ceremony dedicated to the memory of the canonized martyrs of the Armenian Genocide was held at the "Immortal Armenia" monument in front of the Armenian Embassy in Canada, with the participation of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Canada, Bishop Abgar Hovakimyan, clergy and laity.
