St. Astvatsatsin Church of Norabats community consecrated


The newly built St. Astvatsatsin (Holy Mother of God) Church was consecrated in Yerevan, adjacent to the Charbakh district. The ceremony of consecration was offered by Archbishop Navasard Kchoyan. The President of Armenia also attended the event.

Today is a Remembrance Day of the Deceased


The Feast of Transfiguration is followed by the Remembrance Day of the Deceased. In the Mother Cathedral the celebrant was Very Rev. Father Daniel Tumanyan. He reminded the believers that today was not a day of mourning, instead it was a one of prayer and remembrance.
