Artak Beglaryan, adviser to the Minister of State of Artsakh, started an indefinite sit-in in front of the UN Armenian office from December 14. The demand for the sit-in is to open the Lachine Corridor. On the evening of December 15, with the blessing of the Catholicos of All Armenians, the participants of the sit-in were visited by Father Tirayr Hakobyan, a member of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
