The project for a modern educational complex for about 2,000 children has been ready for a long time. The architectural design, as well as 3D visualization and animation, have been prepared. This important initiative for the city has stalled not due to a lack of ideas or funds, but due to administrative and legal obstacles. With the recently adopted legislative amendments, the church is no longer provided with land.
