Male citizens up to 22 years of age, who have secondary or higher education, and are members of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, can be admitted to the seminary. Applicants will take a written exam in the Armenian language, and an oral exam in Armenian history and Armenian literature. Musical and Christian knowledge, as well as knowledge of foreign languages, will also be tested through an interview.
