After a New Year's Eve party, Hedgehog suddenly remembers in his bed his friend's observation that his eyes look like city lights. He gets up and goes into town to see what his eyes look like. His laughter, so loud, wakes up the whole town. To save the day, Hedgehog's friends rush into town after him.
