On June 29, under the direction of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, during the Liturgy in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and in the diocesan churches and monasteries of Armenia, the faithful were urged to offer individual prayers for the peace of the country, for all those illegally imprisoned, in particular Archbishop Mikayel Ajapahyan, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, and national benefactor Mr. Samvel Karapetyan.
