Under the direction and blessing of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, the Izmirlian Medical Center provides free medical care to Syrian Armenians, displaced persons from Artsakh, those injured in the 44-day war, beneficiaries of the "Soldier's House", and families of fallen servicemen. A system of privileges operates for socially disadvantaged persons.
