During the reign of Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, through the direct efforts of His Holiness, the collection of the Manuscripts of the Mother See was replenished with 123 manuscripts. His Holiness also donated his personal manuscript, the 16th-century Gospel, to the Manuscripts of Holy Etchmiadzin.
