Parties should express a clear position on the church issue: Father Vrtanes Baghalyan

Father Vrtanes Baghalyan claims that the provisions of the Civil Contract Party’s election program regarding the Armenian Apostolic Church are a gross violation of the Constitution and the Central Election Commission should invite the party’s representatives and receive an explanation. According to him, the parties should express a clear position on this issue so that believers can make the right choice.
