The city authorities of Rostov-on-Don have returned the historic building of the Armenian Seminary to the diocese as a historical and cultural heritage. In 1875, the regional theological college was founded, which a few years later was transformed into a theological seminary. This historic building, which belonged to Armenians 150 years ago, has been returned to the diocese thanks to the efforts of Bishop Ezras and national benefactor Samvel Karapetyan.
