A number of processions and events devoted to the 99th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, were held in the Diaspora Dioceses of the Armenian Church, especially in those countries where Armenian Genocide hasn’t been recognized yet.
A khachkar (cross-stone) devoted to the Genocide victims was consecrated in the area of Oshakan St. Mesrop Mashtots Church, near Alphabet Park.
On April 24, following the Divine Liturgy served in the Holy Mother God Church in Vanadzor, the Primate of the Diocese, His Grace Sebouh blessed a khachkar in Mrgashat community devoted to the Genocide victims.
