Under the presidency of Bishop Mkrtich Proshyan, the Primate of Aragatsotn Diocese, the first ever diocesan parliamentary meeting was convened in Oshakan Seminary. The agenda included the issue of involvement and preparation activities of Aragatsotn Diocese in heading towards the 100th years of the Armenian Genocide.
