On the initiative of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, Sports and the Tokyo National Research Institute for Cultural Values, an annual training seminar on "Preservation and Restoration of Textiles of Historical Significance in Armenia" has been held in Armenia since 2014. The master classes were attended by 14 archaeologists and restorers, including from the museums of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
