Arus Voskanyan

Arus Voskanyan is one of the best actresses in the history of the Armenian theater. She took the stage for the first time with Vahram Papazyan, in her birthplace Constantinople. Moving to Soviet Armenia, she became one of the pillars of the newly opened academic theater, as it is customary to say in professional vocabulary, the theater prima donna.  Yeghishe Charents, Avetik Isahakyan and many other great artists were fascinated by her and highly appreciated her art.
