During the conference of ecumenical figures in Hayes, the Bishops condemned the violence in Nagorno-Karabakh. Christian churches in Germany also made a condemning statement. "Such flagrant violations of human rights cannot be allowed to remain unnoticed by the world community. We condemn military aggression, as well as the use of starvation as a weapon."
