This part of the liturgy is called the consecration, where the holy chalice filled with the sacrament and wine, accompanied by the hymn of the Eucharist, is brought back and placed on the altar, so that later, with the prayers of the celebrant and the songs of the choir, they are transformed into the body and blood of Christ.
