Archbishop Mikayel Meets with Catholicos of All Armenians After Appeals Court Decision

According to the Appeals Court decision, Archbishop Mikayel Ajapahyan has been released from house arrest, but does not have the right to leave the country. The Archbishop returned to Gyumri at night, unaccompanied by police. The Primate was warmly welcomed in his hometown with applause, fireworks, and songs. Before returning to Gyumri, Archbishop Mikayel participated in the trial of Archbishop Bagrat, then visited the Mother See and met with the Catholicos of All Armenians.
