His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, received clergy from the Catholic Diocese of Trieste (Italy), led by the Diocesan Bishop, Enrico Trevisi at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
His Holiness spoke with satisfaction about the close relations and effective cooperation between the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church and the Roman Catholic Church, and emphasized the importance of such pilgrimages for spiritual renewal and for deepening mutual understanding between Christian communities.
