On September 25, the heads of CIS music HEI-s had a meeting in the Music Academy of Belarus. A cooperation agreement was signed between the Rectors Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory and of Minsk Music Academy. The meeting was organized by the CIS Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund headed by Armen Smbatyan.
