The village Akunq resting at the bottom of mount Hatis was established by the Armenians migrating from Mush and Bayazet, in the early 19th centuries. St. Karapet Church is in the center of the village. From now on, the Spiritual-Cultural Center will function jointly with the Church. Festive opening of the Center took place on Sunday, by the end of the Divine Liturgy.
