Noravank Medieval Monastery Complex was renovated in 1999, with the support of Canadian Armenian philanthropists Diana and Dikran Hadjetians. That day is traditionally considered Noravank pilgrimage day. It matches the Sunday of the World Church or Green Sunday in the Armenian Church calendar.
