Preservation and Restoration of Monuments

An international symposium called “Preservation of Historical Cultural Heritage” on the issues of preserving monuments in Armenia and abroad was held in Yerevan. This problem is rather pertinent to Armenia. Not a single day passes without an alert on another monument being destroyed on not being well restores. How much do similar projects and symposiums promote in practice the preservation of our monumnets, what are the issues related to the quality restoration of monuments?
