Today the 5th Armenia-Diaspora Forum kicked off at the National Academic Theatre for Opera and Ballet, which was attended by over 1050 representatives from 60 countries, of 300 organizations in the Diaspora. Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians and His Holiness Aram I Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia also attended the Conference. The Catholicos of All Armenians extended His patriarchal message to the participants underlining that the strengthening of ties and close cooperation between the Motherland and the Diaspora is imperative today.
