On December 5, Karekin II, the Catholicos of All Armenians visited the Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia. The Supreme Patriarch received the invitation on the teachers’ blessing day. Karekin II was met by the Minister Armen Ashotyan. The Catholicos was accompanied by the Head of Christian Education Center of the Mother See Bishop Vardan Navasardyan, Dean of the Theology Faculty of Yerevan State University Bishop Anushavan Zhamkochyan, and Rector of all Religious Educational Institutions of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Bishop Gevorg Saroyan.
