On January 28, the ECHR in Strasburg held the hearings of the case “Perincek against Switzerland”. The Turkish Government is represented by Perincek. Armenia acts as third party. The legal team of Armenia includes Chief Prosecutor of Armenia Gevorg Kostanyan, human rights defenders Geoffrey Robertson and Amal Alamuddin Clooney.
