The building of musical ensembles of the Armenian Association of the Blind is located at Isahakyan 18. From the onset of its establishment, the Orchestra and the Choir make attempts to raise an alarm for the need of employment and equal rights of the disabled. However, the Choir with 39 years of history now is facing a number of insoluble issues.
