The Publishing Department of the Mother See published the book of historian Avag Harutyunyan “Public and Diplomatic Activities of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin (1918-1920)”. During the years of the first republic, Mother See was actively involved in nearly all issues regarding external, internal, political and public aspects.
