The issue of preservation of the spiritual-cultural heritage of Artsakh - an inviolable milestone

The Austrian Committee of the Office for the Preservation of the Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin initiated a "Culture in Conflict: South Caucasus today" international conference-discussion at the Museum of Historical Arts in Vienna. The issues of protection and preservation of Artsakh's cultural heritage were at the center of the event. The Armenian delegation has returned from Vienna; in our pavilion is the director of the Artsakh Cultural Heritage Preservation Office, Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Garegin Hambardzumyan; the deputy director of the Foundation for the Study of Armenian Architecture, engineer Raffi Kortoshyan. The conversation is conducted by Anna Sargsyan.
