The right-handed relic of Saint Gayane was taken out of the treasury of the Mother See and taken to the Gayane Monastery. The Armenian Patriarch, carrying the relic, accompanied by a procession of clergy and pilgrims, distributed blessings to the faithful and walked to the open altar of Saint Trdat. Also present at the Mother See are the Brotherhood serving in dioceses around the world, who have come to participate in the monastic assembly.
