Khachik Manukyan

To poet Khachik Manukyan, the decline of interest in books is closely related to the extensive decline of spiritual values. The poet recalls that in the Soviet Union years people would secretly pass spiritual literature from hand to hand. However, presently, when everything is seemingly full and free, the spiritual does not any how become part of daily life. The poet believes, that even writers are extremely materialized, which serves a bad example the youth in particular.
