100th Anniversary of Hamo Sahyan

In 1944, the magazine “Soviet Literature and Art” published the poem “Nairi Verdant Poplar” to trumpet the birth of a new poet – Hamo Sahyan.
Lyrical poems of Sahyan are dear to all generations of readers. This year the loved poet became 100 years old. Hayk Hambardzumyan conversed with the friend of the writer, literary critic Shchors Davtyan, the Director of Hamo Sahyan Scientific-Cultural Center, about Sahyan’s works and biography.
