On the occasion of the anniversary celebration day of the city of Etchmiadzin, the representatives of the Etchmiadzin Sister Cities - Petrozavodsk, Fresno, and Issy-les-Moulineaux visited in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. They were received byBishop Arshak Khachatrian, Chancellor of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. The guests were accompanied by Etchmiadzin Mayor Karen Grigoryan.
